Environmental education for sustainability is a concept encompassing a vision of education that seeks to empower people of all ages to assume responsibility for creating a sustainable future.
HP and CVA have partnered to offer a select group of schools in Sydney and Melbourne with an opportunity to help implement their environmental projects.
Projects include building a bush tucker garden, frog pond, sensory herb garden, bush nature trail or seed collection.
We want to hear about your ideas to help our environment through your school.
In addition to receiving practical help from CVA and HP (HP staff will volunteer at each school to assist with implementation), each school will receive an HP Compaq dc7800 Ultra Slim Desktop PC. This technology will allow the schools to connect with each other and continue to share environmental best practice stories via a portal we have created.
