What is HP Hardware Support Onsite Service?
HP Hardware Support Onsite Service provides high quality remote assistance and onsite support for your hardware, helping you keep up and running in a short period of time.

HP will work remotely with you to isolate, troubleshoot and resolve the problem. An HP technician can even perform remote diagnosis using electronic support tools when available.

For issues that cannot be resolved remotely, we'll send an authorized HP Technician the next working day after your call has been logged or 3 days after, depending on the coverage window you choose.

HP will return your covered hardware to operational condition, repairing or replacing components or entire units as necessary. Your coverage includes all required parts and materials.

Service Highlights:
  • You can purchase this Care Pack for one year while you enjoy your Standard Warranty to obtain onsite support.
  • You can extend your Standard Warranty purchasing this Care Pack for 3 years to maintain the coverage and add onsite support.
