HP Cash Back/Reward Not Received

If you have made a claim for a cashback or gift during one of HP's promotions and you have not yet received the cash back or gift, please remember that, as stated in the terms and conditions of each promotion, it takes approximately 75 calendar days for a claim to be processed, starting from the date on which the claim is validated. We aim to validate claims within 5 days of receiving THE PROOF OF PURCHASE FOR A CLAIM IN THE MAIL.

 so that we can help you resolve your claim as soon as possible.

Once an enquiry is lodged, we will take the following steps to ensure your concerns are addressed promptly as practicable:

  1. HP's escalation team will contact you to obtain further details about the delay you have experienced.
  2. HP's escalation team will then determine why a problem has arisen in relation to your claim and will report back to you with a proposed resolution.
  3. Where your claim is a valid claim, we will fast-track your claim - it will be placed on a list of claims to be processed within the week that we reported to you. You will then receive your cash back or gift within 30 days from the beginning of the following week.
