| 1. Definitions:
“Closing Date" means 5.00 pm
AEDT on 7th March 2011.
"Extension Closing Date" means 5.00 pm AEDT on 7 April 2011.
“Eligible HP Products” means HP new and original LaserJet Toner Cartridges originating from the Promoter, with any one of the following HP product codes:
C4092A, C4096A, C4127X, C7115A, C7115X, C8543X, C9720A, C9721A, C9722A, C9723A,
C9730A, C9731A, C9732A, C9733A, CB390A, CB435A, CB436A, CB540A, CB541A, CB542A,
CB543A, CC364A, CC364X, CC530A, CC531A, CC532A, CC533A, Q1338A, Q2610A, Q2612A,
Q2612AD, Q2613A, Q3960A, Q3961A, Q3962A, Q3963A, Q5942A, Q5942X, Q5945A, Q5949A,

"End user" is a Participant who purchases Eligible HP Products for his, her or its own personal use in Australia, and not for resale or re-supply or export.
“EFTPOS Gift Card” means a card with stored value that is able to be used as a debit card wherever EFTPOS is available.
"Excluded Person" means:
(a) the Promoter’s related bodies corporate and agencies associated with this promotion (including, although not limited to resellers), and employees of the Promoter, its related bodies corporate and its agencies (including, although not limited to resellers) associated with this promotion and those employees’ immediate families; and
(b) Most valued Customer (MVC), Strategic Sales Program (SSP) Enterprise Supplies Partner (ESP) program customers of the Promoter.
“Participant” means a resident of (or entity trading in) Australia, other than an Excluded Person, who purchases Eligible HP Products in Australia during the Promotional Period and is the End User of those Eligible HP Products.
“Promoter” means Hewlett-Packard Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 74 004 394 763) of 353 Burwood Highway, Forest Hill, Victoria, 3131.
“Promotion” means the “HP Show Me The Money” promotion run by the Promoter for the Promotional Period.
“Promotional Period” commences at 9.00 am (AEDT) on 1 November 2010 and ends at 11.59 pm (AEDT) on 28 February 2011.
"Extension Promotional Period" commences at 9.00 am (AEDT) on 1 March 2011 and ends at 11.59 pm(AEDT) on 31 March 2011.
“Reward” means a EFTPOS Gift Card with the value from the table below, applicable to the number of Eligible HP Products purchased:

“Tax Invoice” means a tax invoice compliant with the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (Cth).
2. Information on how to enter, redemption details and Rewards form part of these terms and conditions. By submitting an entry, the Participant agrees to these terms and conditions.
3. Entry is only open to a
Participant.
4. To enter and redeem a Reward, the Participant must correctly and fully complete, and submit, an entry in accordance with the following steps:
(a) during the Promotional Period and Extension Promotional Period purchase in Australia
Eligible HP Products and be the End User of those Eligible HP Products;
(b) by the
Closing Date and Extension Closing Date correctly and fully complete a Promotion entry form online located at www.hp.com.au/supplies (the “Website”); and
(c) correctly and fully submit the following for each Tax Invoice showing eligible Original HP Toners:
i) a copy of the claim documentation
ii) a copy of the Tax Invoice showing the corresponding purchases of eligible Original HP Toners
iii) the original barcodes (cut from the box) for the corresponding purchases of eligible Original HP Toners
This material needs to be received by 5.00 pm AEDT on 14 March 2011 at the address specified on the Website for Promotional Period claims.
This material needs to be received by 5.00 pm AEDT on 14 April 2011 at the address specified on the Website for Extension Promotional Period claims.
5. A Participant may make up to ten (10) Reward redemptions during the Promotional Period and up to the Closing Date. A Participant may therefore only receive a maximum total of ten (10) Rewards.
6. The Website will be closed after the Extension Closing Date. Late submissions will not be accepted. The promotion entry form must be completed with the Participant’s correct name, contact details and any other requested information.
7. This promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer or promotional product bundle.
8. All Reward values are in Australian dollars, are inclusive of GST and are correct at the time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in such value of Rewards. Liability for any tax on any prize provided to Participants from this promotion will be the sole responsibility of the Participant. If in doubt as to the tax liability arising in connection with Rewards, Participants should contact their own accountant ortaxation advisor in this regard.
9. The Promoter’s decision on all matters pertaining to this Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into, except as otherwise stated in these terms and conditions. To the extent permitted by law, no correspondence will be entered into after three (3) weeks from the Closing Date of this Promotion. Proof of purchase required as part of the claim validation process must be sent and received by 5:00 pm
AEDT on 14th March 2011. Proof of purchase required as part of the claim validation process for Extension Promotional Period claims must be sent and received by 5:00 pm AEDT on 14 April 2011. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter reserves the right to change, amend or terminate the Promotion at any stage during the Promotional Period. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of each entry. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Participant or person tampering with, or conspiring with another person to tamper with, the entry process or any entrant who does not meet the eligibility requirements or does not comply with these terms and conditions.
10. The EFTPOS Gift Card can be used at retail stores where the EFTPOS machine/capability is available. The EFTPOS
Gift Card will be accepted at the sole discretion of the retailer. The promoter will not be responsible for any card being
declined by any retailer.
11. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any fault pertaining to, or purchased using, the Reward. Participants will need to liaise directly with the manufacturer of the Reward or item purchased for any repair and/or replacement.
12. The Promoter will accept no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected mail. Further the Promoter shall not be liable
for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, without limitation, indirect, consequential or
economic loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of participating in this promotion,
except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Further, to the fullest extent permitted by law, the
Promoter excludes liability for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines,
computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic
congestion on the Internet or any website, or any unauthorized intervention, or any combination thereof,
including any non-delivery or corruption of entries to the Promoter, injury or damage to Participants' or any
other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in this
Promotion. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows
a Participant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that
Participant invalid.
13. Rewards are not transferable.
14. Please allow up to seventy-five (75) days from the date of validating a promotion entry form, in order for it
to be processed and to receive your selected Reward.
15. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter’s privacy policy may be viewed at: http://www.hp.com/country/au/eng/privacy.htm.
16. The Promoter will use the information contained in the Promotion entry form to contact Participants if it
has any queries regarding claims, and to send Rewards. The Promoter collects personal information in order
to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to its related bodies corporate
and agencies assisting with the Promotion, which may be outside the participating country and as required, to
the Australian regulatory authorities. If the information requested is not provided, Participant may not
participate in this Promotion. If Participant gives his or her consent HP may contact Participant from time to
time with information about special offers and products and services that may interest Participant, but
Participant may unsubscribe later if Participant no longer wishes to receive further marketing information.
Participant may also contact the Promoter to change his or her details.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes may include (but are not be limited to) changes to:
(a) the duration of the Promotion;
(b) the number of categories of Rewards.
18. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in New South Wales, Australia.
