Terms & Conditions

1. Customer need to commit to a 12-month contract.
2. Under program contract, customer has to pay the monthly agreed contract amount.
3. A deposit of the agreed contract amount is required during 1st month payment upon execution of program contract.
4. Participating products under this program are HP Officejet Pro 8000 Printer and HP Officejet Pro 8500 Wireless All-in-One Printer, and HP 940 XL Black/Cyan/Magenta/Yellow Ink cartridges.
5. Under program contract, customer is entitled to monthly supply of 1 HP 940 XL Black and choice of any 1 color ink cartridge (HP 940 XL Cyan/Magenta/Yellow).
6. Customer is liable for all penalties stated under the program contract upon early termination.
7. HP reserves the right to verify the legitimacy of all documents at any time.
8. HP reserves the right to amend any of the Terms & Conditions of this program.
9. HP reserves the right to reject/disqualify any of the processed orders and all decisions made by HP is considered final.
