Terms & Conditions

  1. This promotion is valid from 1 March 2009 to 31 December 2009.
  2. Customer can choose to commit to a 12-month or 24-month rental period.
  3. Under rental contract, customer has to pay: (a) RM199 per month (minimum 2,000 pages monthly printing volume required) OR (b) RM365 per month (above 2,000 pages monthly printing volume required). A deposit of RM199 is required during 1st month payment upon execution of 1 year rental contract and RM365 for 2 year rental contract.
  4. Participating products under this promotion are HP Officejet Pro 8000 Printer and HP 940 XL Black/Cyan/Magenta/Yellow Ink Cartridges.
  5. Under Plan A, customer is entitled to monthly supply of 1 HP 940 XL Black and choice of any 1 color ink cartridge (HP 940 XL Cyan/Magenta/Yellow). Under Plan B, customer is entitled to monthly supply of 4 ink cartridges, with a minimum of 1 black and 1 color ink cartridge required.
  6. Customer may need to provide the following supporting documents before entering the rental contract: (a) Latest 2-year audited financial statements (b) Latest year-to-date management accounts (Profit & Loss Statement and Balance Sheet) (c) Sales projection for coming year (d) Latest 3-month bank statement (e) Note of Agreement by Directors or Shareholders (if customer is providing Personal Guarantors) (f) Copy of IC of Directors (g) List of major customers and suppliers. Customer purchase order is subject to approval upon request to review all information in the provided supporting documents.
  7. Customer is liable for all penalties stated under the rental contract upon early termination.
  8. HP reserves the right to verify the legitimacy of all documents at any time.
  9. HP reserves the right to amend any of the Terms & Conditions of this program.
  10. HP reserves the right to reject/disqualify any of the processed orders and all decisions made by HP is considered final.
