By participating in this Promotion, customers are bound by the terms and conditions herein contained. |

All purchases MUST be made between1st March 2009 to 31st May 2009. Sharing of invoices or receipts is strictly not allowed. |

For customers who recycle with new purchase, redemptions must be supported with used HP Notebook Battery, a duly filled redemption form and proof of
purchase,
i.e.: a copy of invoice or receipt for verification and must contain the HP Notebook Battery Description and Part No that are purchased. |

For customers who recycle only, redemptions must be supported with used HP Notebook Battery and a duly filled redemption form. |

Any submission of incomplete forms or without supporting documents / used HP Notebook Battery will not be processed or will be automatically
disqualified. Proforma invoice is not a proof of receipt or invoice. |

Redemption can be made by:
(a) Customers can redeem and collect their free gift at the HP Redemption Centre as stated below. |

- In the event that collection is to be made on behalf of the customers, please bring along a chop & signed authorization letter for collection
of gifts + one photocopy of the Identification Card (IC) of the person authorized by the customers to collect on their behalf.

(b) Customers can post or courier the supporting documents / used HP Notebook Battery to us before the last submission date (7th June 2009). |

- HP Redemption Centre will deliver the free gift to customers by post to the address provided by the customers on the duly completed
redemption form within 2-4 working weeks upon receiving the complete set of documents.
- Fax in redemption WILL NOT be entertained for any reason whatsoever.
- Proof of mailing is not proof of receipt. HP will not be responsible for any lost, late or misdirected entries.

HP gives no representation or warranty with respect to any gift item. HP gives no warranty with respect to the quality of the redeemed gifts or
their suitability or fitness for any purpose. |

HP is not liable or responsible for any damage, loss or expense caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of the gift items. |
| 10. |
The free gift is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or for any other prizes. |

The decision of HP in the Promotion is final and binding. No appeal shall be entertained for any reason whatsoever. |

Redemption period is from 1st March 2009 to 7th June 2009. Redemption Centre operating hours are Monday to Friday; 10am to 6pm.
(Lunch hour is closed from 1pm to 2pm). |

Participation in this Promotion constitutes irrevocable permission to HP and its agencies to use the participants’ names and / or information obtained for
purpose of publicity, advertising and / or trade without any compensation or notice whatsoever. |

HP reserves the right to amend, modify and / or cancel this Promotion at any time without prior notice. |
