Claiming your HP iPAQ ExecPAQ is simple just follow these easy steps:

1. Print out a copy of the redemption form. Complete the redemption form in full.
2. Write a cheque or money order made payable to Chemistri Marketing Pty Ltd for $15.95 postage and handling
3. Mail the redemption form, postage and handling cheque along with a copy of your proof of purchase and send to "HP iPAQ ExecPAQ Promotion", Private Bag 135, 184 Blues Point Road, McMahons Point, NSW 2060
