TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE OFFER
• "HP original product offer" is valid throughout Pakistan; The Offer shall be valid for purchase of HP Desktop, laptop and printer purchased between from 1st Nov 2009 to 31st Dec 2010 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Offer Period’) unless otherwise extended by the Company.
• Customers are entitled to this Offer only if the Customer(s) purchases from a HP authorised partner/distributor.
• After purchasing your product from the HP authorised partner/distributor, click "Register me" button at the bottom and register your personal and product details.
• A monthly lucky draw will be held and attractive 1st,2nd,and 3rd prizes would be distributed. .
• To avail this offer customer must Register on the HP site.The Company shall not be responsible or liable, in manner whatsoever, if the Customer does not comply with the requirements of this Offer.
• Last Date for the Registration of the offer is 10th of the next month. For Ex 10th Dec 2009 for product purchased in the Nov 2009 month and 10th Jan 2010 for the product purchased in the Dec 2009 month.
• The company shall not be responsible or liable, in manner whatsoever, if the customer registers incomplete/ incorrect details.
• HP shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal loss or injury that may be suffered (including loss of life), to a customer, directly or indirectly, by use or non-use of the goods and/or any other products/services offered.
• HP reserves the right to change/ modify/ withdraw/ suspend/cancel this offer without prior notice and without assigning any reason therefore
• This offer is only for the end customers. Resellers are not eligible to participate in the program.
